The University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli” with its 16 departments is located in 5 territorial areas between Naples and Caserta and promotes a vocational training offer integrated with the territory, supports quality research, and the creation of business initiatives from research groups, in a constant perspective of internationalization and cultural exchange with other universities.
The University was established in 1991 and currently there are nearly 24 thousand students and 16 Departments located in 5 territorial areas, among them the one of Aversa that host the Departments of Engineering, Architecture and Industrial Design (DADI). It is based in the abbey complex of San Lorenzo ad Septimum in Aversa, gravitating around the large sixteenth-century cloister. The historical venue has significantly dedicated its efforts and resources to maintaining and developing student services to promote their training and their “life” within the University facilities through an intensive orientation policy.
DADI is the 1st department among the Italian university institutions to have joined the Plastic Free campaign promoted by the Italian Government.

Faculty of Architecture of Cankaya University in Ankara
Çankaya University, Turkey’s deep-rooted educational institution, was founded in 1997 by the Sıtkı Alp Education Foundation in Ankara. The university aims to contribute to students with the competence to continue their post-graduation careers in the national and international arena. Besides, cooperation with international institutions is also carried out for our students to continue their education in abroad.
Having achieved significant success both in Turkey and in the world, since the first day it was founded, Çankaya University draws attention with its success in the national and international arena. Based on independent research institution, Times Higher Education Ranking (THE), Çankaya University was placed in the 401-500 band and ranked first among universities in Turkey for the last three years. Moreover, in the ranking of citations to scientific publications, the university ranked first among world universities in 2021 and 2022.
Our university, which makes the country proud with its national and international achievements, looks to the future with hope with thousands of students it has trained in the field of higher education for a quarter of a century.
