Kindly note that the Conference requires that the lead author must pay registration fee for their extended abstracts to be presented and published in the proceedings. Each paper requires a registration and one lead author may present one extended abstracts at the congress.

The fee reduction for PhD Students is reserved to registrations of Extended Abstract where only PhD Students are listed as author(s) of the contribution. If any of the authors has a different role (professor, indipendent researcher, others), the student reduction can not be applied and the normal “Author” registration fee has to be paid by the lead author.

The co-authors may register and pay for the fee associated to the “CO-AUTHORS” in the table, if they want to join the conference in presence and partecipate to the conference sessions, to the lunches, and to the conference activities.

Additional contributions can be submitted by paying extra fee (Additional Extended Abstract).

NOTE

1.  Students must submit proof of status.

2. Only one Additional Extended Abstract can be uploaded for each author.

3. Free registration is granted to scholars from the DEVELOPING COUNTRIES LIST

5. A reduced registration fee (60,00€) for the online attendance is granted to scholars (both authors and students) from the DEVELOPING COUNTRIES LIST.

For participants who need Entry Visas, BAL2022 will issue a visa letter for applicants who are accepted to present at our conferences.

Please notice that we will endeavour to assist you in obtaining a visa but the responsibility is yours and the decision rests solely with the appropriate Embassy.
